Sample Case Studies

Applying for immigration benefits is a long & complicated process with quite a bit of paperwork. It causes a lot of anxiety for relatives on both sides of the process. Each case is unique and depends upon a variety of factors, including what benefit is being granted and the unique factors involved in each case. Some benefits are limited by immigration statutes. Others just take time. A lot of patient is required but in the end, it's well worth it to be reunited with your relatives in the United States. Do I need an attorney?

Absolutely not! Don't let any "immigration" attorney tell you otherwise. Attorneys are out to make money and unscrupulous ones will tell you horror stories just to get you to use them at their high hourly fees. Some of the biggest scammers providing immigration services are attorneys themselves! I've heard stories where attorneys ended up charging thousands of dollars to complete a run of the mill foreign fiancée petition packet. The truth is that you do not need to spend that kind of money to "guarantee" that your application is complete.

If you have a straight forward application, you can do it yourself. However, some people don't have the time or are intimidated by all the paperwork. This is where we can help. We are not attorneys and will never claim to be. We do not charge you for any forms - they are free and available directly from USCIS online or by telephone. We only charge you for the time it takes to fill out all the paperwork on your behalf with the information you provide to us at a rate that we think is fair and reasonable. If you don't agree, you can do it yourself or hire someone else! Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for you. You get all copies of everything that is submitted for your own records, including electronic notification direct to your email address if you wish.

There are special circumstances in some cases (sponsoring someone that may have a criminal history, etc.) where you will need a true immigration attorney or BIA accredited representative to legally represent you before USCIS. We will tell you if that is the case and can refer you to the appropriate resources in those circumstances.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that your application will be completed thoroughly with the information you provide to us and that your application will be accepted as complete by USCIS once we submit it on your behalf.

We cannot guarantee what happens after that since the ultimate decision to accept any petition is with the USCIS. We do not make false promises such as paying additional fee to move you to the front of the line or to expedite your application.

Unlike other "immigration services," we are upfront on what we will do for you and exactly what it will cost, with absolutely no surprises or additional costs once you've agreed to use us. We will give you the cost in writing before hand. USCIS will charge their own application fee that differs depending on the form submitted. You will have to pay this directly no matter who you go through but we will let you know all of this from the very beginning.
