19 Twink Talents

The attempt of this guide is to give you some ideas on choosing talents for your twinks. Since you only have 10 points to work with, there aren't as many permutations. Of course, base on your gear, enchantments, and style of play, some talents will be more attractive to you than others. What I'll try to do here is to give you a run down of each talent and the pros & cons of each. Since I've pretty much played every single class to level 60 at least, I have some perspective here. But keep in mind that this is more of a suggestion than anything else, so you're always free to do as you see fit.

Assassination:
Improved Eviscerate (0/3): Each point increases the damage done by your Eviscerate by 5%. Not bad but what I find is that in a twink vs. twink battle it's over so quickly I never get a chance to use it, especially when you're focus fire on someone in a WSG match.
Remorseless Attacks (0/2): Each point increases your critical strike % by 20%, but only from mobs and players that give you XP or honor. Not sure if you need to land the killing blow or not, but would need someone to verify.
Malice (0/5): Each point increases your critical strikes by 1%. This talent always works for you no matter what you do so some rogues prefer it.
Combat:
Improved Gouge (0/3): Each point increases the duration of your gouge by .5 seconds. 3 points increases it by an extra 1.5 seconds, giving you more than enough time to bandage yourself up to full health using Heavy Runecloth Bandages. Berkeley favors this talent.
Improved Sinister Strike (0/2): Each point reduces the energy cost of your Sinister Strike by 3. Lots of rogues like this so that they can get more Sinister Strikes in since it is the bread & butter strike of a rogue.
Lightning Reflexes (0/5): Each point increases your dodge by 1%. You can never have enough dodge. The school of thought on dodge is that if they can't hit you, it doesn't matter how much damage they can dish out and some rogues can get upwards of 75% dodge unbuffed!
Subtlety:
Master of Deception (0/5): Each point reduces the chance that enemies will see you when you're stealthed. If you're the sneaky type, this may just be the talent for you. If you like to charge head on into battle, your points are better spent elsewhere.
Opportunity (0/5): Each point increases the damage of your backstab, ambush, etc. by 4%.

Improved Eviscerate (3/3), Remorseless Attacks (2/2), Improved Sinister Strike (2/2): Lowers the energy required for your Sinister Strike and maxes out your damage on Eviscerate. The Remorseless Attacks allows you to gain a critical strike bonus for a few seconds to continue mowing down the next player.
Improved Gouge (3/3), Improved Sinister Strike (2/2), Lightning Reflexes (5/5): Lowers the energy required for your Sinister Strike and maximizes the duration of your Gouge. Your dodge is also increased by 5%. With this build, you can gouge and have enough time to bandage up to full health with Heavy Runecloth Bandages. It really pisses of some people when you do this but all's fair in love and war (you can do the same by popping the arena trinket). The increased dodge also seems to make people mad in that they can't hit you as often as they would like but that's their problem. A popular alternative is to put the 5 points into Malice to increase your crits rather than your dodge.
Improved Eviscerate (3/3), Improved Sinister Strike (2/2), Malice (5/5): This is the classic twink rogue build, maximizing damage output.
