However, it’s not a favorite of mine. Indeed it is “robustly hopped” but that makes it just way too bitter for my taste. Perhaps it’s the particularly brewery I’m trying, “Hopfen und Malz Brewing Company” out of San Jose, CA who brewed this particular beer for Costco. I’m not entirely convinced though that it’s just this brewery. I suppose for me there is such a thing as being too hoppy. Others may like that though.
